Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 3–5 years of supervision/management experience.
• Experience with safety, environment of care, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong budgeting and staff development skills.

• Direct Environment of Care and life safety programs.
• Lead staffing decisions and performance improvement initiatives across departments.
