Job summary

AWP Safety is seeking an Operations Manager to back the Branch Manager for the West Division. You will lead a team of 25–50, drive safety initiatives, and manage daily operations while ensuring compliance and top-tier service for customers.

This role emphasizes recruitment, training, and strong relationships with internal and external clients, with a focus on productivity and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in managing P&L.
• Preferred experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to create and maintain safe work practices.
• Manage a team of 25-50 employees.
• Ensure compliance with Company, Local, State, and Federal safety regulations.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure high customer satisfaction.
