Job summary

AWP Safety is seeking an Operations Manager to support the West Division. You will lead a team of 25–50 employees, drive safety initiatives, and partner with HR and leadership to meet customer needs with high satisfaction.

You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and payroll, while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. A proactive approach to growth and brand development is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of management experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with P&L management and process improvement.
