Job summary

AWP Safety, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for the West Division to provide leadership, implement core values, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction. You will oversee development of employees, supervise safe work environments, and align operations with company mission.

This role requires 5–10 years of management experience, strong communication, P&L oversight, and Lean/Six Sigma exposure. You will engage in recruiting, training, scheduling, payroll, and HR collaboration to drive

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in managing profit and loss (P&L).
• Preferred experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to create and maintain safe work practices.
• Manage a team of 25-50 employees.
• Ensure compliance with Company, Local, State, and Federal safety regulations.
• Protect employees, customers, and assets by enforcing safe work practices.
• Foster team building through effective leadership and regular communication.
• Utilize site and organizational data for workforce forecasting to predict staffing needs.
