AWP Safety is seeking an Operations Manager to support the West Division and partner with the Branch Manager. You will lead a team of 25-50, enforce safe work practices, and drive safety initiatives while maintaining customer satisfaction and employee development.

The role emphasizes recruiting, coaching, and implementing processes to improve productivity, with a focus on compliance, asset protection, and strong client relationships. AWP provides comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing profit and loss.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to create and maintain safe work practices.
• Manage a team of 25-50 employees.
• Ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal safety regulations.
• Protect employees, customers, and assets from losses by enforcing safety practices.
• Foster team building through leadership and regular communication.
• Utilize data to forecast staffing needs and prevent turnover.
• Lead recruiting in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Conduct orientation and ongoing training.
