Job summary

Total Safety U.S. Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the front-line operations within a designated geographic area and drive safety, efficiency, and profitability.

The role requires overseeing customer relations at the local office, ensuring budget targets are met, and managing assets, inventory, and personnel while coordinating with management on forecasts and strategic plans. Occasional travel to Houston and other corporate locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience in a petrochemical or industrial safety equipment environment.
• Engineering or Technical college degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership and budget/forecasting capabilities.
• Travel to corporate locations and sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at the designated location to ensure profitability and safety.
• Manage assets, inventory, personnel, and services at the site.
• Forecast revenue and expenses; assist with annual and long-term plans.
