AWP Safety in Georgia is seeking an Area Manager to provide leadership and implement core values to protect customers' people, business, and time. You will lead safety initiatives, manage a staff of 75-150 field employees, and oversee P&L, fleet, and customer interactions across a broad territory.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of management experience required.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experience managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and implementation of strategies to create and maintain safe work practices.
• Protect the company's employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through the enforcement of safe work practices.
• Ensure safety compliance by Company, Local, State, and Federal regulations as it relates to the Site.
• Oversee safety and P&L, Fleet, Safety, Equipment Inventory, and Customer Interactions.
• Develop and support the growth of 3-5 direct supervisors.
• Manage a staff of 75-150 field employees with potential large geographic coverage.
• Engage and invest in training to reduce turnover and labor costs.
