Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective time management in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining standards.
• Lead visual merchandising and store presentation to drive sales.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop team members on processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics.
