The ideal candidate will manage teams, develop scopes and production plans, monitor costs, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation or disaster restoration.
• Proven ability to manage employees and multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of scopes, drying documents, costs, and profitability.
• Excellent communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own mitigation projects from start to finish including scopes, plans, schedules.
• Lead and train the mitigation team ensuring productivity, quality, safety.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and billing readiness.
