Job summary

The GM must enforce company policies, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean, compliant restaurant at all times, delivering top performance and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• 50 hours minimum per week.

Responsibilities

• Hiring staff and maintaining staffing levels across the district.
• Training new hires and shift managers using company processes.
• Placing accurate orders on time via the McLane system.
• Scheduling and labor management to meet wage standards.
• Monitoring daily labor and adjusting to meet business needs.
• Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health standards.
• Enforcing cash policy standards and deposits verification.
• Meeting restaurant operational and financial standards.
• Reporting food cost and labor accurately; avoiding falsification.
• Upholding Morning Star values of honesty and integrity.
