Responsibilities include mentoring teams, ensuring compliant service delivery, and partnering with cross-functional groups to achieve organizational goals. A bachelor’s degree and several years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial information and interpret supporting documentation.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational functions within assigned business areas through direct leadership and team oversight.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational support for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams by establishing clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, monitoring performance, recognizing achievements, and promoting accountability.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to operational processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and operational excellence.
