You will coordinate procurement, payroll, and supplier relations while ensuring safety and OSHA compliance across facilities. Salary starts at $70,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Focus on delivering top-notch customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Able to react and solve problems quickly.
• Proficient with common computer applications; ability to learn internal programs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently and communicate improvements.
• Hire, train, and supervise a diverse team to deliver superior customer experience.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash duties.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and improve safety to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA policies and procedures.
