Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience leading teams and large-scale projects.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Develop productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, HR to meet objectives.
