Job summary

Target is offering a paid Supply Chain Operations Internship in our Colorado distribution facility. This 40 hr/week program develops future leaders through hands-on training and mentorship.

As an Operations Intern you will learn to lead a team, manage daily priorities, and drive productivity while ensuring safety. You’ll work with mentors and managers to understand how Target’s supply chain operates and prepare for an operations leadership role.

Qualifications

• Participation in school or extracurricular activities and experience in leadership roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead and work with a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Spending time on the facilities floor helping to lead amongst team members and aligning the team in daily business priorities
• Leading daily meetings and planning with leadership to set goals and shift plans
• Assist in safety audits, quality and productivity tracking, and coaching team members for continuous improvement
