Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant management/project experience.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, alongside problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy.
• Advanced computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance.
• Leadership, customer service, or insurance experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for Underwriters, Account Managers, and/or Placement Specialists working with professional liability insurance and other P&C coverage offerings.
• Oversee all aspects of policy administration for various commercial lines policies.
• Communicate internally with colleagues and externally with carriers, vendors, brokers, and customers.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs and service levels while seeking efficiency gains.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback through regular one-on-one sessions.
• Review systems and processes to improve workflow and implement technology-driven changes.
• Identify best practices to ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
• Attract and retain top talent and foster skill development across the team.
