Job summary

D’strict/Arte Museum in the US is seeking an Operations Team Leader to ensure a safe, welcoming and memorable visitor experience at the Santa Monica venue. You will oversee reception, ticketing checks, rounds, and the MD Shop and Tea Bar, while representing the company’s high service standards.

As a hands-on leader, you will supervise the operations team, coordinate guest services for VIPs and large groups, adapt to rotating shifts, and collaborate with departments to maintain exhibition quality

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and coordinating within a team.
• Strong understanding of CS and sanitary standards.
• Ability to lead and support staff; proactive and adaptable.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of venue operations and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with exhibition content.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations team and ensure smooth museum functioning.
• Coordinate front-desk activities, ticketing, and rounds.
• Greet visitors, including VIPs and large groups, and provide information.
• Enforce company service standards and safety policies.
• Manage MD Shop, Tea Bar, and other guest services.
• Plan and adapt schedules, including weekends and holidays.
