• Oversee museum operations including HR, accounting, sales, and marketing.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve annual goals.
• Coordinate with HQ and ARTE MUSEUM teams to align programming.
• Ensure excellent visitor experience and compliance with policies.
• Manage external relations with governments, agencies, and media.
