Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to lead branch operations, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of medical equipment and services to patients at home. You will coordinate with leadership, health systems, and referral sources to improve patient services.

The role requires strong multi-site coordination, people leadership, and a focus on process improvements to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five years’ experience in HME leadership.
• Experience in health care, insurance customer services, or billing is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, providing leadership and coordination to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and services.
• Manage logistics team to meet productivity and cost-per-delivery goals.
• Maintain inventory and collaborate with leaders to ensure timely customer service.
• Place purchase orders per restocking protocol and monitor stock levels.
• Address service concerns and identify trends for process improvements.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff; set expectations and evaluate performance.
• Establish annual goals for the department aligned with organizational objectives.
