Job summary

WhiteWater Express seeks a General Manager to oversee a location’s performance, operations, and staff. You’ll drive revenue while maintaining safety and quality customer service.

The role reports to the Area Director and requires a hands-on leader who can coach a team and manage payroll and scheduling. The position offers base salary in the range of $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential, and requires 45–50 hours per week, including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years management in fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
• Car wash experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Foster a positive team culture and coach staff to perform at a high level.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with site standards.
• Manage staff development, scheduling, payroll tasks, and performance.
