WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to lead a location with focus on operations, revenue growth, and team culture. You will supervise 8–12 staff, drive top-line results, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with a bonus potential based on performance. This role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and hands-on oversight of daily tasks and payroll.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staff development.
• Drive revenue growth and manage memberships.
