Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to lead a location's daily operations, drive revenue growth, and uphold safety and service standards. You will develop staff, manage schedules, and ensure a positive, customer-centric environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on performance, and the ability to work 45-50 hours per week; base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8-12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and foster a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff while managing performance and retention.
• Drive revenue growth and KPI-based memberships with Area Director support.
• Create schedules, ensure safety, compliance, and store cleanliness.
• Manage payroll tasks and adherence to company policies.
