Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee a location's performance, operations, and culture. You will drive revenue growth, ensure safety and service excellence, and lead staff development under the Area Director's guidance.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record of managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Base pay is $50,000–$55,000 with substantial bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees.
• Car wash experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a positive, customer-focused culture through coaching.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members while managing performance.
• Oversee daily operations, safety, and service standards.
• Drive revenue growth through member engagement and effective interactions.
