CR Fitness is expanding its club footprint and seeking an Operations Manager for the NEW St. Cloud club. You will lead day-to-day member and team experiences, from onboarding to training and coaching, while driving memberships and revenue.

This leadership role emphasizes energy, positivity, and results in a growing franchise environment. You will partner with the General Manager to hit membership targets, manage daily operations, and deliver exceptional member experiences with a focus on sales,

Qualifications

• Organized management of billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional first impression by creating a welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Drive member integration and sales by leading kickoff sessions and supporting enrollment and ACH processes.
• Support retention through cancel-save efforts and follow-up with cancelling members.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and referrals.
• Organize member engagement events and community-building activities.
• Oversee billing updates, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance and drive accountability.
• Ensure cleanliness protocols are implemented to Crunch standards.
• Assist the General Manager in hitting membership and revenue goals.
