Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager for a new St. Cloud club. You will oversee day-to-day member and team experiences, from onboarding to training and coaching, while driving membership sales, retention, and overall performance.

This role supports the General Manager in achieving club targets and fostering a high-energy, member-first culture. Lead a sales-driven team, coordinate events, manage billing and inventory, and ensure consistent adherence to Crunch’s standards.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and positive personality with strong leadership presence.
• Sales-minded, customer-service driven, and results-oriented.
• Experience in member onboarding, retention, and achieving targets.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Organized with attention to billing, inventory, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional first impression by ensuring a welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Lead member integration and sales through kickoff sessions, drive bookings and ACH setup.
• Support retention with cancel-save processes and follow-up on cancelled members.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and referrals.
• Organize member engagement events and community-building activities.
• Manage operational details like inventory, billing updates, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance and address challenges.
• Oversee cleaning systems and protocols to maintain high standards.
• Review performance reports and provide training solutions.
• Support the General Manager in achieving membership and revenue targets.
