Crunch Fitness Gainesville Club seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day member and team experiences, from onboarding to staff coaching and performance development. You’ll drive membership sales, retention, and overall satisfaction while supporting the General Manager in achieving targets.

This leadership role emphasizes a positive, energetic culture, attention to detail in billing and reporting, and collaboration with club leaders to maintain Crunch’s high standards.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new members and coach staff to drive sales and member engagement.
• Lead staff training, performance coaching, and development planning.
• Drive member sales, retention, and satisfaction while supporting the General Manager.
• Organize member engagement events and operational tasks (billing, inventory, cleaning protocols).
• Review performance reports and implement training solutions to improve outcomes.
