Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings in Lake Worth, FL seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily club operations, onboard new members, and coach staff to drive sales and retention. Partner with the General Manager to meet membership goals and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, sales focus, and a hands-on management style. This role offers growth within our expanding network of Crunch Fitness clubs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role required
• Sales-focused and customer-service driven with strong results orientation
• Experience with member retention strategies and follow-up processes
• Ability to coach and motivate teams; strong communication and organizational skills
• Oversee billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, welcoming environment for members and staff
• Lead onboarding and staff training; coach performance and sales techniques
• Drive member sales, retention, and engagement; support ACH setup and account management
• Manage staff on conversions, referrals, and enrollment objectives
• Organize member engagement events and community activities
• Oversee billing updates, inventory, and reporting accuracy
• Conduct weekly leadership meetings to review performance and accountability
• Ensure cleanliness protocols and high standards across the club
• Assist General Manager in achieving membership and revenue targets
