Crunch Fitness is seeking a results-driven General Manager for our new St. Cloud club. You will lead pre-sale efforts, drive memberships, and oversee grand-opening execution while building a high-energy team focused on customer service and performance.

You will manage daily operations, set and track KPIs, and represent Crunch in the community to foster strong member relations and club growth. Prior fitness management experience is required and high-energy leadership is essential.

Responsabilités

• Pre-Sale & Grand Opening Execution – lead new location launches, drive memberships, community outreach and pre-sale events.
• Sales Leadership – build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to hit aggressive membership goals.
• Team Development – recruit, hire, and develop staff focused on customer service, sales, and fitness culture.
• Community Engagement & Brand Representation – network, form partnerships, and promote Crunch as the go-to gym in town.
• Operational Excellence – oversee daily club operations, ensure cleanliness, service, and policy execution.
• Performance & KPI Management – track metrics to optimize sales, team productivity, and financial performance.
