Zusammenfassung

Crunch Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager for our upcoming Arrowhead Club to lead day-to-day member and staff experiences. You will drive onboarding, training, and coaching while pushing sales, retention, and overall club performance to meet targets.

You will partner with the General Manager and club leaders to create a high-energy, member-centric environment that supports growth and career development within a rapidly expanding franchise.

Qualifikationen

• Outgoing and positive personality with strong leadership presence.
• Sales-minded, customer-service driven, and results-oriented.
• Embraces member retention strategies, including cancel-save processes, follow-up calls, and integration of new members.
• Strong communication skills for coaching and motivating teams.
• Organized manager overseeing billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems.
• Leadership or operations experience in fitness, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Growth-minded and supports GM in achieving targets.

Aufgaben

• Deliver an exceptional first impression by creating a welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Drive member integration and sales by leading kickoff sessions, boosting bookings, and supporting ACH setup.
• Support retention through cancel-save processes and follow-up with cancelled members.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and referrals.
• Organize member engagement events and community-building activities.
• Manage billing updates, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance and address challenges.
• Oversee cleaning systems and protocols to uphold Crunch standards.
• Review daily/ monthly performance reports and implement improvements.
• Support General Manager in achieving membership and revenue targets.
