Job summary

Crunch Fitness Gainesville Club is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations, onboarding new members, train staff, and coach performance, while partnering with the General Manager to hit membership goals.

You will foster a positive, energetic club culture, drive sales, retention, and satisfaction, and ensure accurate reporting, inventory, and adherence to Crunch standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service-focused environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and member retention.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Detail-oriented with admin and billing tasks.
• Experience in fitness, sales, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Drive member onboarding, sales, and account management.
• Support retention through cancel-saves and follow-ups.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions.
• Organize member engagement events and community initiatives.
• Oversee billing, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings with club leaders.
• Ensure cleaning systems and protocols meet Crunch standards.
• Review performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the GM in achieving membership and revenue targets.
