Valet Living is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Leaders, optimize processes, and ensure top-tier service for clients. You will develop budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance while shaping staffing strategies and system compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of leadership experience with budget and reporting responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop teams while driving results.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills to support decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with hiring, talent development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Teams: coach and mentor Area Leaders to boost engagement and accountability.
• Drive operational excellence by using data to improve processes, productivity and service delivery.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and report on financial performance.
• Own staffing strategy by forecasting needs and partnering with Recruiting for coverage.
• Ensure systems compliance through training and enforcing standards for safety and service protocols.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Identify growth opportunities to expand services and strengthen client relationships.
• Oversee field operations—site visits to ensure quality and safety, ensuring service continuity.
• Manage fleet and inventory, including vehicle compliance and maintenance.
• Develop future leaders and practice servant leadership with frontline teams.
• Lead special projects from start to finish.
