Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a hands-on leader to own and grow a field service operation in Peoria, IL. This role demands frontline leadership, a strong ability to manage P&L, and a track record of driving performance across multiple crews and locations.

You will be in the field daily, coaching teams, guiding sales efforts, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive base with performance-based quarterly bonuses and a stable, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a service, retail, or field-based environment.
• Background managing multiple locations, crews, or a mobile workforce.
• Proven ability to handle customer issues in person and de-escalate situations.
• Exposure to sales, revenue growth, or account management.
• Strong business acumen with experience owning or influencing a P&L.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a willingness to be in the field daily.
• Comfortable speaking in technical terms and working alongside technical teams.
• A natural problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done.

• Own full P&L performance: revenue, cost control, and profitability.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service recovery.
