Wonder is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Randolph, NJ, responsible for running the four walls of the location, including kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience. You will lead end-to-end operations, optimize labor, and drive continuous improvement to ensure peak performance across shifts.

You will coach hourly team members, uphold safety and quality standards, and partner with senior leaders on hiring and development to support future openings and sustained growth.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience managing shift operations in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Proven ability to lead and coach hourly teams for performance and safety.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and labor standards.
