Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Midland Park, NJ to run the four walls of a location, leading kitchen, service, fulfillment and customer experience. You will own daily results, drive KPI performance, coach hourly team members, and collaborate with senior leadership to optimize operations.

You will ensure food safety and brand standards, manage labor, and continuously improve guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth opportunities within Wonder.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shift operations management in food service, retail, hospitality, or similar setting.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• 21+ years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and team safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, fulfillment, service, and customer experience.
• Optimize labor deployment and lead shift readiness to meet volume and throughput targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members with accountability, service excellence, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and health standards; uphold Wonder brand standards.
