Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Randolph, NJ to own the four walls of the location. You will lead kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience to ensure peak performance across every shift.

This role requires accountability for quality, speed, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on coaching teams, managing labor and costs, and collaborating with the Senior Operations Leader to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by State, County or Local Health Departments.
• This role reflects vetting criteria for AEDT hiring tool.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across kitchen, fulfillment, service, and customer experience
• Optimize labor deployment and shift readiness to meet volume and throughput targets
• Use operational data and feedback to identify issues and drive improvements
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain flow and consistency
• Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and health standards
• Coach hourly team members and develop staff with accountability and focus on safety and service
• Partner with Senior Operations Leader on hiring, training, and development of team members
• Lead execution of pilot programs and assist with rollouts across locations
