Wonder is seeking an Assistant General Manager to run the four walls of a location, leading kitchen, fulfillment, service, and customer experience. You will own daily outcomes, optimize labor, and drive performance to deliver quality and speed with strong customer satisfaction.

You will coach hourly teams, manage safety and quality, and collaborate with senior leadership on staffing and training as we scale our locations.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must have open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by State, County or Local Health Departments.
• AEDT vetting criteria applies in hiring process

Responsabilidades

• Own daily execution across kitchen, fulfillment, service, and customer experience.
• Optimize labor deployment and lead shift readiness to meet volume and throughput targets.
• Proactively use data/feedback to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with safety and labor laws.
• Develop and coach hourly team members to improve accountability and service.
• Partner with senior leaders on hiring, training, and development.
• Lead pilot programs and roll out best practices company-wide.
• Mentor managers-in-training for future leadership roles.
