Wonder is hiring an Assistant General Manager for its Midland Park, NJ location. You will run the four walls of the store, overseeing kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience to ensure peak performance across shifts.

You will lead end-to-end operations, optimize labor, coach hourly team members, manage KPIs, and uphold brand standards with a focus on quality, speed, and safety. This role requires 2+ years in a fast-paced setting and a Food Manager Certificate.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience managing shift operations in food service, retail, hospitality, or a similar setting.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs such as labor, throughput, and order accuracy.
• Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and execute day-to-day operations across kitchen, fulfillment, service, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members with a focus on accountability, service excellence, and safety.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining brand standards, shift readiness, and accurate execution of menus and procedures.
• Support business and labor performance by managing labor plans, inventory, and cost targets.
• Grow the business by mentoring managers-in-training and preparing for future expansion.
