Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of its restaurants in Woodbridge, NJ. You will support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, ensure food safety, training, and exceptional guest service.

You will lead a 15+ person team in a fast-paced QSR environment and drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold Wonder’s standards. Availability includes nights and weekends; requires two years of supervisory experience and a Food Manager Certificate.

Qualificações

• Two years of restaurant supervision or management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Experience leading and developing teams of 15+ members.
• Strong communication and professionalism, with policy adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Assist General Manager in developing, engaging, inspiring, and motivating staff.
• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant.
• Aid General Manager in achieving operational goals and budget targets.
• Manage floor coverage to maximize efficiency and service quality.
