The role collaborates with dispatchers and managers to maintain efficient, metrics-driven processes and continuous improvement across warehousing, fleet, and facilities. You will lead a team, drive training and accountability, and align operations with company growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-end operations to support a smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure technicians have the tools, materials, and support needed for outstanding service.
• Manage materials, equipment, and inventory; track purchases at best price and reduce waste.
• Support field personnel by ensuring equipment and resources are readily available and obstacles are removed.
• Maintain professional standards across trucks, warehouse, equipment, and work areas.
• Coordinate receiving, stocking, replenishment, and organization of inventory; manage parts and returns.
