You’ll mentor staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and partner with dispatch, training, and call center teams to提升 efficiency and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly 1‑on‑1 sessions to review performance against benchmarks.
• Review calls and optimize dispatch assignments with the trainer.
• Manage attendance, time off, and on‑call coverage to meet business needs.
• Maintain performance metrics and communicate updates to dispatch.
• Oversee payroll processing, spiffs, and commissions bi‑weekly.
