You will supervise daily operations, train staff, coordinate with dispatch and Call Center, manage payroll and on-call coverage, and foster growth through structured coaching and bi-weekly performance reviews.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly 1-on-1 sessions to review performance against benchmarks.
• Review dispatch calls with trainer to optimize assignments.
• Manage call-outs, time off, and personal time to align team availability.
• Enforce attendance, punctuality, and policy compliance.
• Maintain and update performance metrics on the dispatch board and communicate with dispatch.
• Review technician jobs daily, including timecards, revenue splits, and dispatch checkouts.
• Review callbacks weekly and collaborate to complete recall documentation.
• Coordinate on-call coverage, including reminders and extreme weather support.
• Lead weekly technical and Service System trainings for skill development and leadership growth.
• Facilitate monthly L10 meetings to review departmental performance.
