Gilder Search Group seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily HVAC and plumbing operations, coordinating with field and office teams to elevate customer experience and service offerings.

You will lead scheduling, dispatching, safety, and quality control while partnering with ownership to grow residential and commercial service agreements and drive overall operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in HVAC/plumbing or mechanical contracting.
• Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, service calls and field operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily HVAC and plumbing service/installation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, workflow, job-site performance, quality control, and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop field personnel ensuring workmanship, professionalism, customer service, and accountability.
• Support estimating, equipment/material selection, proposals, and growth of service agreements.
