Job summary

Diamond Parking, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Seattle to oversee daily station operations, ensure safety and financial performance, and supervise site and area managers.

The role requires strong leadership, process improvement, and vendor/customer coordination. The candidate will train staff in timekeeping and safety, manage payroll inquiries, and support strategic planning with the City Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 6 months to 1 year related experience
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and policy documents
• Proficiency in basic math including ratios, percentages, and charts/graphs
• Ability to apply common sense, follow instructions and resolve routine problems
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and email; accounting software preferred
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned stations and facilities
• Ensure customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, safety compliance and financial performance
• Supervise site and area managers and lead process improvements
• Train associates in timekeeping, safety protocols and customer service
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll inquiries
• Coordinate with City Manager and provide strategic insights
