Wonder, the mealtime platform, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to run the four walls of a location. You will lead kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience, delivering peak performance across shifts and ensuring brand standards.

You will optimize labor, monitor KPIs, coach hourly teammates, and partner with the Senior Operations Leader on hiring and training. This role requires 2+ years in shift operations and a Food Manager Certificate; 18+ and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing shift operations in food service, retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Proven ability to own operational KPIs including labor deployment, throughput, and order accuracy.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and execute day-to-day operations across kitchen, fulfillment, service, and customer experience.
• Optimize labor deployment and lead shift readiness to meet volume and throughput targets.
• Use data and customer feedback to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them to maintain flow and consistency.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, labor, and health standards.
• Lead and coach hourly team members with accountability and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Senior Operations Leader on hiring, training, and development.
• Drive operational excellence and implement brand standards across stations.
• Lead pilot programs and provide feedback for company-wide rollout.
