Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Ground Product Sr. Manager to provide senior leadership and strategic direction for domestic ground transportation operations.

You will own end-to-end service delivery, financial performance, and customer partnerships across multiple facilities, with P&L accountability. You will define growth strategies, lead cross-functional teams, optimize assets, and ensure safety and quality while delivering profitable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years leading large-scale logistics or transportation ops.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for end-to-end transportation operations and P&L.
• Develop strategic plans to grow revenue and optimize assets.
• Lead cross-functional teams with customers, carriers, and internal partners.
• Prepare management and financial reports for senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements to deliver safety, quality, and operational excellence.
