Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Senior Ground Product Manager to provide strategic direction and operational leadership for its ground transportation operations. You will drive end-to-end service delivery, financial performance, and growth across multiple facilities and customer contracts.

This role partners with customers, carriers, and cross-functional teams to design effective transportation solutions, optimize assets, and deliver profit and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business or related field; Master’s strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years managing large-scale logistics, distribution, or transportation operations.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with multi-site responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ground Transportation Product Line with strategic direction and oversight of high-volume domestic logistics and distribution operations.
• Define and execute customer-focused business development strategies for revenue growth and key account retention.
• Build relationships with executive-level customers and transportation providers; collaborate with CEVA teams.
• Provide leadership to operations management through coaching, mentoring, and talent development within guidelines.
• Develop business cases for capital investments and resource needs to support growth.
• Oversee start-up and expansion of new operations including resource modeling and performance tracking.
• Manage multiple high-volume facilities with full P&L accountability across the Central United States.
• Maximize profitability through superior customer service, effective issue resolution, and disciplined follow-up.
• Prepare and present management and financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior leadership.
