Job summary

Comfort Systems of Montana, Inc. is seeking an Operations Director to lead Service, Install, Fleet, Warehouse, Safety, and Administration. You will own KPIs, drive process improvements, and coach leaders to elevate performance across the organization.

You will also manage marketing integrations and ensure campaigns convert to booked calls, sold jobs, and revenue. A veteran-led culture and accountability define the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ops leadership in home services or related field.
• Ability to scale multi-site operations and protect culture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceTitan (price books, dashboards) and CRM systems.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cost control.
• Experience executing and measuring marketing campaigns with lead attribution & ROAS.
• Comfort with data; SOP creation and training.
• Excellent communicator, coach, and change-agent.
• Veteran background or affinity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hold accountable all department managers across Service, Install, Fleet, Warehouse, Safety, and Administration.
• Set a disciplined, high-performance culture aligned with veteran-led values.
• Hire, coach, and develop leaders who uphold standards.
• Enforce the three-part interview process for hires.
• Lead from the front; motivate, support, and celebrate the team while upholding performance.
• Own company-wide KPIs and lead weekly reviews with dept heads.
• Develop scorecards, targets, and coach underperformers.
• Drive growth by maximizing billable hours and optimizing schedules.
• Create, document, and enforce SOPs across departments.
• Train on ServiceTitan; build dashboards, price books, workflows, and reports.
• Partner with Exec/Finance on budgets, forecasts, and P&L.
• Oversee fleet, procurement, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate on growth initiatives and capacity planning.
