Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Grad or GED.
• 2-4 years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably with metals/fabrication/manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise all activities pertaining to steel processing.
• Establish resources and schedules to meet production and quality goals.
• Maintain safe working environment per safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Organize work schedules, shift responsibilities and production schedules.
• Train new employees in safety protocols and job responsibilities.
