Job summary

Triple-S Steel is seeking an experienced Warehouse Leadman for our 2nd shift to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive efficient inventory control. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with production on material flow.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and familiarity with warehouse management systems. This role offers growth opportunities in a values-driven, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read work orders and determine material or equipment needs.
• Ability to meet or exceed productivity levels.
• Ability to plan and organize work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe methods of work and report unsafe conditions.
• Move steel safely to/from storage, production areas, and docks using appropriate equipment.
• Train new team members on will calls, deliveries, and stock checks.
• Walk the warehouse in the morning to ensure racks and exits are clear.
• Help check and pull will calls and deliver orders.
• Maintain daily equipment inspections.
