Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Kent, WA to lead a salaried and hourly team, drive safety and productivity, and ensure on-time customer deliveries. You will mentor staff, manage cross-functional partnerships, and implement data-driven improvements across first, middle, and last mile operations.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in people management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Competenze

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Demonstrated leadership in large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience driving improvements through Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma.
