Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the full spectrum of operations, from order processing and estimating to purchasing, logistics, and customer service. The role focuses on leading teams, managing branch operations, and maintaining productive relationships with builders and vendors.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, deep knowledge of the construction industry, and experience with RFMS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations ensuring materials and supplies are ordered.
• Partner with scheduling to confirm capacity for Install teams.
• Review jobs with Sales, Purchasing, and Schedulers for materials and manpower.
• Certify items on the schedule as billable and ensure proper procedures are followed for payment.
• Maintain relationships with builders and design companies for smooth, productive jobs.
• Responsible for P&L.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
